I had a BAD case of Mouse Elbow (similar to Golfers Elbow). I workout and anytime I went to curl a dumbbell or perform a chin up, I would get a shooting pain on the inside of my right elbow. "...Here is my testimonial. I hope that you can use it and that it helps someone.

I have been suffering from severe golfer's elbow (in both arms) for over nine months now. I got this injury from working on my computer at an improper angle. I have seen two general physicians, two physical therapists and an orthopedic specialist. None of these doctors have been able to offer me any relief.

I have tried all types of medications (naproxen, etodolac, prednisone etc...but I refused the cortisone shots for other medical reasons at that time. These medications gave me very little, if any, relief.
